Mission Statement
Teens in Tacoma is an organization that hopes to reveal the artistic potential of teenagers in Tacoma while extending expression to artists who are not expressed in a holistic way. Teenagers are not always highlighted or included in artistic projects, or viewings. With this organization being made, we hope to build connections with teen artists, extend networks, change the perception of an art museum’s audience, and to inspire others to build ideas for Tacoma.
